This website belongs to The Generous Agency, LLC. When you read "we," "us," or "our," it means The Generous Agency, LLC.

When you look at our pages or buy something from our store, you use our service. You also agree to follow the rules on this page. If you do not agree with these rules, please do not use our website.

We might add new tools or items to the website later. Those new things will follow these same rules. We can change these rules at any time. When we change them, we post the updates right here.   • Some items are sold only online. Other items have limited stock. If you want to return an item, you must follow our Return Policy.

  • We try to show colors and photos as clearly as possible. But every computer screen and phone screen looks a little bit different. Your item might look slightly different in person.

  • We can limit how many items one person, one home, or one region can buy.

  • We can stop selling any item at any time.

  • We cannot promise every item will match what you imagined in your head, but we do our best to make great items.

Section 6: In-Person Events

If you sign up for an event run by The Generous Agency, LLC, you agree that we might take your photo or video. We may use these pictures to show people what our events look like or to tell you about fun new events later on.

Section 7: Orders and Billing

  • We can decline or cancel any order. If someone tries to buy too many items to resell them, we can stop the purchase.

  • If we cancel or change your order, we will try to reach you by email, phone, or billing address.

  • Please give us your real, current information when you check out. If you move or get a new payment card, update your account so your order gets to your door without trouble.

Section 8: Extra Tools

  • Sometimes we give you access to third-party tools, like shipping trackers or size finders.

  • We do not run these tools, and we do not control how they work. You use them as they are.

  • If you choose to use these outside tools, you are responsible for checking how they work.

  • You promise that your comments are your own honest words. Do not post mean words, lie, pretend to be someone else, or upload files that hurt computers.

Once in a while, a word, price, or description on our website might have a typo. If a price or detail is wrong, we have the right to fix it. We can cancel an order if the price was a clear mistake, even after you clicked buy.

  • The Generous Agency, LLC, our team, and our helpers are not responsible for lost money, lost items, computer problems, or extra expenses that happen because you used our site. If your local law does not allow this rule, our responsibility is limited to the smallest amount allowed by the law.

Section 15: Keeping Us Safe from Legal Problems

If you break these rules or break the law, and someone sues us because of what you did, you agree to pay for our lawyer costs and help us fix the problem.

Section 16: If Part of This Agreement Is Invalid

If a judge says that one small rule on this page is not allowed by law, that specific sentence gets dropped. All the other rules on this page stay active and strong.

Section 17: Ending This Agreement

  • These rules apply until you stop using our site, or until we end them.

  • You can end this agreement anytime simply by closing our site and not buying from us again.

These rules follow the laws of England and Wales. If we ever need to see a judge to settle a problem, it will happen in the courts of England and Wales.

You can read the newest version of these rules right here anytime. We can update this page whenever we need to. Please check back often. If you keep visiting our site after we post an update, you agree to the new version.

Section 21: Solving Disagreements

  • Talk First: If you are unhappy, you must email us first and give us at least 30 days to work it out together like friends.

  • Neutral Decision: If we cannot work it out together, we will both meet with a neutral problem-solver called an arbitrator instead of going to a regular public court.

  • One by One: Any disagreement will be solved between you and us alone. You agree not to join a large group lawsuit against us.

  • Your Basic Rights: You still keep every basic consumer protection right granted by your home country's laws.

Section 22: Sales, Discounts, and Coupons

Coupon codes do not work on sale items, gift cards, or custom framing unless the special sale clearly says so. You cannot stack two coupon codes together on the same order. Prices are as marked on the website.
