A subversive remix of revolutionary iconography and occult Americana. Resistance takes the historic maxim proposed by Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson for the Great Seal—"Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God"—and strips away the polite veneer of statecraft. Combining esoteric symbolism with the coiled tension of traditional tattoo flash, this piece turns an age-old rallying cry into a stark visual manifesto.
